 Adult BJJ Classes - All of our classes are designed for people that have no experience in BJJ. We focus on the fundamental techniques, movements, and positions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The typical class will consist of a basic warm up, then practicing the techniques shown by the instructor, followed by situational sparring in a controlled manner. It will give you a solid foundation that you can later build on with more advanced techniques.

Kids BJJ - A fun way to build confidence and make friends. This class will help introduce kids to the sport of BJJ in a fun and controlled environment. The typical class will consist of a warm up, technique, and some situational sparring, or live sparring depending on the experience level of the children involved.

Women's Only BJJ - in this class women can learn and practice alongside other women, under the guidance of a female instructor. This class will be intro friendly and suitable for any woman looking to start, or get more mat time.
